In this section of your Member’s Area I will share my ‘words of wisdom’.

There are many elements to understanding nutrition and exercise, as well as mastering your mindset! Here, our aim is to keep you on track and remind you WHY the calories in vs calories out method is the key to fat loss; HOW the food pyramid works when implemented in your diet; and to let you know that one step backwards isn’t going to stop you from moving forward.
